We'll discuss your current and future health goals based on what well-being means to you. What you choose to do today or what you choose not to do will have a long-lasting effect in creating health or disease. We'll use your health goals to create a lifestyle plan with action steps to help you create and maintain the healthiest version of yourself.
Optimal health and wellness involve more than just the food we choose to eat and is only possible when we intentionally nourish every aspect of our life with a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Food choice is an essential aspect of well-being. Yet, as your guide, I won't dictate a diet for you. However, together we will explore why some foods make you feel better, and others make you feel worse. Then, based on that information, I will guide you in creating a sustainable eating plan that works for you.
We will also consider how your current lifestyle habits effect your health as a whole. Everything you do impacts your gut and its communication pathways to the body, soul, and spirit. For example, you cannot create better health through exercise if your eating habits do not support a healthy lifestyle. Likewise, you cannot eat your way to better health if you have a sedentary or stressful lifestyle.
Together we will create a customized sustainable action plan to:
• Discover what foods and lifestyle behaviors may be the root cause of your uncomfortable symptoms
• Identify and outline wellness goals (Body, Soul, Spirit)
• Explore and create easy new lifestyle habits that will help you achieve your goals
Personalized coaching programs include:
• Two one-hour sessions per month (in person, via zoom, or a combo)
• Assessment of current diet and lifestyle behaviors (to identify triggers of annoying or painful symptoms)
• A Pantry Check and a Grocery Store Tour
• Access to private Telegram group and Clubhouse Chat (Q & A's, tips, cooking lessons, recipes)
• Email and text support between sessions (Going out for a meal? Text for suggestions that will help you stay on target.)
• Handouts and other materials to support your wellness journey.
